Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Some privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, give you the right to direct a business to stop selling or sharing your personal information. This page explains what that means here and how to make the request.

What we do

We also use advertising and analytics cookies that may be considered a “share” under those laws.

How to opt out

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by:

• Emailing privacy@quotemyhealthplans.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share,” or
• Calling (864) 523-5595 and asking to be added to our do-not-share list.

Please include your name, phone number and email address so we can match your request to our records, and tell us whether you also want us to stop contacting you. You can use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for written permission signed by you.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt, verify your request using the information we already have, and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Where you have asked us to stop sharing your information, we will pass your request to the agents and partners who received it from us. Note that agents and agencies are independent businesses; you may also need to contact them directly to stop their communications, and you can always ask any caller to stop calling you or reply STOP to a text message.

• Text messages — reply STOP to any message.
• Email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Cookies — manage cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info or optout.networkadvertising.org.
