Last updated: October 23, 2026

Welcome to quotemyhealthplans.com (the "Site"), a website owned and operated by Connectnow LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and to telling you plainly how we handle your information. This Privacy Policy covers how we collect, receive, process, store, use and share information, including personal information, in connection with our business and business activities (our "Business Practices"), which includes the services offered through the Site (the "Services"). Our Business Practices and Services are together referred to as the "Business."

We may share the information you provide. We may also hire third parties to perform certain functions for us, and personal information may be shared between us and those parties for the purpose of determining whether you may be a suitable candidate for the Services.

This Site is intended for visitors located in the United States. If you live outside the United States, please do not access or use the Site, and do not submit information through it.

1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

1.1 Who this Policy applies to. This Privacy Policy applies to anyone who provides us information, including:

  • Applicants — current and prospective customers, and their agents or other authorized representatives, who submit a quote request, contact us by phone, text or email, or otherwise give us information in connection with the Business;
  • Service Providers — affiliates, business partners, agents, vendors, consultants, licensed insurance agents and agencies, and other service providers; and
  • Site Visitors — visitors to the Site at quotemyhealthplans.com, whether or not they submit information.

We use the word "you" to refer to each of these groups as the context allows.

1.2 Information you choose to send us. In the course of using the Site or speaking with us, you may provide us, or parties working on our behalf, with information about yourself, some of which may be sensitive in nature. We do not ask for your Social Security number, driver's license number, or payment card or bank account details on the Site, and we ask that you not send them through our forms. If you choose to send us information of that kind, you do so at your own risk, and this Privacy Policy governs it.

1.3 Links to other websites. Any links we provide to other websites are for your convenience and reference only. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or for the privacy practices on, or accessed through, those links. Once you leave our Site, the privacy policy of the site you visit applies.

2. Your consent to this Privacy Policy

2.1 If you are a Site Visitor. By accessing and using the Site as a Site Visitor, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree with it, please do not access or use the Site.

2.2 If you are not a Site Visitor. Except where you are acting in a representative capacity as described in Section 2.3, you consent to this Privacy Policy, and affirmatively agree that you have read and agree to it, by providing us information in connection with the Business. For example, you consent by submitting a quote request on the Site, by calling or texting us, or by emailing us. By providing us information, including personal information, you affirmatively agree that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy and agree to be legally bound by it.

2.3 If you are providing information for someone else. If you submit information about another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so and to consent on their behalf, and you agree that you will make this Privacy Policy available to them.

3. Call recordings and retention of communications

We may record and monitor calls, and may retain the content of text messages, emails, form submissions and other written or electronic communications between you and us. By communicating with us, you consent to that recording and retention. Third-party partners, including licensed insurance agents and agencies you are connected with, may also record and retain their own communications with you, and each partner's own practices govern its recording, retention and sharing. This Policy applies solely to your communications with us.

4.3 Anonymous information. We may collect, process and use information that does not identify you or your devices, including Personal Information that has been made anonymous by removing identifying fields and aggregating it with other information so that individuals cannot be re-identified, or by using techniques that modify or remove identifying data to prevent re-identification ("Anonymous Information"). We use Anonymous Information for business operations, including marketing and analytics, and because it does not include Personal Information it sits outside the scope of this Policy.

We do not share call recordings with marketing partners. Agents and agencies you are connected with may record and keep their own calls, and their practices govern that information.

6. Sources of personal information

We collect personal information from the following sources:

  • Directly from you, when you complete a quote request, call, text or email us, or otherwise communicate with us;
  • Automatically, through cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies as you use the Site;
  • From service providers and partners, such as hosting and analytics providers, advertising platforms, and licensed insurance agents and agencies who work with the requests we send them; and
  • From public and commercial sources, such as public records, data verification services and fraud-prevention providers we use to validate the information we receive.

7. How we use personal information

We use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:

  • To connect you with licensed insurance agents and agencies who can prepare and present plan options to you;
  • To contact you by phone, text message and email about health insurance and related products and services;
  • To verify, validate, correct and improve the quality of the information we receive;
  • To operate, maintain, analyze, measure and improve the Site, our advertising and our Business;
  • To keep records of your consent, to honor your opt-out and do-not-call requests, and to meet our legal, regulatory, licensing and compliance obligations;
  • To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, spam and security incidents; and
  • To comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our agreements.

8. How we share personal information

We share personal information in the following ways:

  • With licensed insurance agents and agencies, so that a licensed agent can contact you and prepare plan options. Those agents and agencies are independent businesses and their own privacy practices govern their use of your information.
  • With insurance carriers and their producers, once you choose to apply for or enroll in a plan.
  • With service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including hosting, data verification, analytics, customer relationship management, communications and advertising partners.
  • With marketing partners who may contact you about insurance-related products. Where the law requires it, we obtain your consent before sharing your information in this way, and you may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information as described in Sections 9 and 11.
  • For legal reasons, including responding to lawful requests, court orders or subpoenas, enforcing our agreements, and protecting our rights and the rights of others.
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, where information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

We do not share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own unrelated purposes other than as described in this Policy. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under sixteen (16) years of age, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you for any purpose that would require a right to limit under applicable law.

9. Cookies, tracking technologies and interest-based advertising

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure the performance of our advertising, and understand how visitors use the Site. Third parties, including advertising networks and analytics providers, may collect information about your activity over time and across websites when you use the Site and may use that information to show you interest-based advertising on other sites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org). Blocking or deleting cookies may affect how the Site works. Because we do not currently act on browser "do not track" signals automatically, please use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or email privacy@quotemyhealthplans.com to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

10. Data retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to serve the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain consent and contact records for the period required by applicable telemarketing and insurance regulations and to resolve disputes, and then we delete it or de-identify it. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason we hold it.

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You send information to us at your own risk.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Nevada and other states with similar laws, and residents of jurisdictions with comprehensive privacy laws, may exercise these rights.

To make a request, email privacy@quotemyhealthplans.com or call (864) 523-5595. We will verify your request using the information we already hold about you and may ask for additional details to confirm your identity, depending on the sensitivity of the information involved. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, with written permission, or as otherwise permitted by law. If you are an agent or agency who received your information from us, please contact us directly and we will pass your request along.

We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we cannot honor a request in full, we will tell you why, and where your state provides a right of appeal, we will explain how to appeal our decision.

12. Your choices

  • Do not sell or share my personal information — use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
  • Text messages — reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.
  • Calls — ask any agent to place you on our internal do-not-call list, or call or email us. We honor these requests even where the law does not require it.
  • Email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us and ask to be removed.

13. Children

The Site is not directed to children under eighteen (18), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
